Chapter Thirteen
In this chapter, particularly on pages 133 and 136, we learn that many of the animals on the island are concerned about something, and they ask Urchin about it. What is it that concerns them? What causes them this concern?
The animals are concerned about the rationing, the animals were saying there was no need, and was asking Urchin if it was true, and for him to tell Padra that there was no need.
A lot of the animals are concerned about the rationing. They are worried because they are working way too much with barely any food. The animals were asking Urchin if the rationing is true and that there is no point into it.
The animals in the town are concerned about the rationing. They are worried because the animals will starve if it happens because they're giving some of their food to the tower.
