Chapter Eighteen

Why did Padra devise the plan that he did for Urchin?  What do you think of the plan?

  1. I think he devised the plan for Urchin because he knew that if he kept Urchin on the island, Urchin would get killed. I think that it was a good plan because he basically saved Urchin's life, and Urchin could meet up and come back to the island with Crispin through the mole tunnels.

  3. I think Padra devised the plan for Urchin so he wouldn't get killed by Husk. I think Padra really liked Urchin, so he didn't want to risk him getting killed if he stayed on the island. Also Urchin might be able to come back somehow since he's not really a Mistmantle squirrel. So I like his plan. I wonder if or when Husk is going to find out Urchin left.

  4. I think Padra devised the plan for Urchin because Padra thought Urchin might make a mistake and get killed. But I don't think Padra liked to send Urchin away because he was Padra's page and Padra liked him.

  6. I think Padra devised their plan for Urchin because he would end up dead and Padra would feel guilty if Urchin died and they wouldn't be able to complete the plan.
