Chapter Fourteen
How would you explain Husk's nightmare at the end of this chapter? What do you suppose it portends?
I think Husk's dream portends that he is regretting that he killed the prince. I think this because at the very end it says the prince was following him around bloodstained. I think Husk knows that the murder will get backfire for him.
I think that Husk's dream portends that sooner or later the king is going to find out that Husk killed Tumble, and I think the King will have himself or someone else kill Husk.
I agree with John too. I think that Husk is regretting killing the prince, like Matt said. I think hes going to try to get Crispin to come back somehow and kill Husk and Husk is going to continue to have bad dreams about him killing the Prince until he does kill him.
I agree with Jhon too. I think the King is going to find out that Husk is the murderer to the prince. So I think the king is going to kill him since he killed his son/prince. I think Husk is going to regret killing the prince because when or if the King finds out, Husk's the murderer he might get killed. Untill then I think he will have bad dreams about killing the Prince. I also think that the king is going to get Crispin back to be king somehow because he owes him an apology because he's the rightful king and he exiled Crispin from the Island.
@ Jhon ok then sorry. I believe Husk's nightmare foreshadows something bad is 'going to' :) happen to him for his actions of killing the Prince. Also it kind of influences guilt on Husk for killing the Prince because the Prince was sort of a zombie in his nightmare.

ReplyDeleteI agree with John. But I think the king will give orders to go out and find Crispin too, since Crispin didn't kill Tumble.

ReplyDeleteLeah, what is hes?
DeleteJake, why do you think the king will want Crispin back?
ReplyDeleteLeah, I don't understand your points. Please clarify.
Because Crispin did't kill Tumble, and since Husk won't be a Captain anymore, Crispin could take Husk's spot.
